&lt;p&gt;We are recruiting three Heads of Change to lead major areas of this portfolio. These are senior roles responsible for driving delivery, managing complexity and ensuring programmes achieve their intended outcomes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;What You'll Be Doing&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this role you will:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead a portfolio of transformation programmes and projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with senior leaders to define priorities, outcomes and delivery plans&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee delivery across multidisciplinary teams&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Drive delivery of outcomes and financial benefits&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Contribute to the overall leadership of the change function&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;What You'll Be Doing&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lead on communications across all disciplines for Environment services including Streets for People, street cleansing, waste and recycling, community safety, climate, regulatory services and leisure; including investment in major local projects like health centres and leisure centres, and town centres).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lead and manage teams of dedicated communications officers to deliver excellent communications to local people and stakeholders across all communications disciplines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Work closely with the wider communications team including the Media and Communications manager and the Content Communications manager to ensure accurate and consistent messaging across all channels including digital and media.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Strong problem-solving skills, using digital, media and internal channels to address communications challenges.
